Ordering

Q: How can I place an order?
A: Simply browse our categories through the dropdown menu, find the item you love, and select it. You’ll be redirected to the product page, where you can choose your preferred size and color before making your purchase.

Q: Can I pay with my Credit Card?
A: At this time, we only accept PayPal. You can still use your Credit or Debit Card securely through PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account, just choose the “Pay with Credit or Debit Card” option at checkout.

Q: I would like to cancel my order.
A: No worries! As long as your order hasn’t been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting our customer service team at kierahartmann@gmail.com.

Q: Can I order by calling the service number?
A: Sorry, we currently do not accept orders by phone. However, you can easily place your order using your smartphone or computer through our website.

Paying

Q: Which payment options are available?
A: We currently accept PayPal for all online purchases.

When using PayPal, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your transaction securely. After completion, you’ll automatically return to the SumFunez.com website.

Vouchers / Discount Codes

Q: Where can I redeem my voucher or discount code?
A: During checkout, you can enter your discount code in the “Discount Code” field. The offer will be applied automatically to your total before payment.

Q: How many times can I use the discount code?
A: Each code can be used once per purchase, as long as the promotion is active.

Q: I signed up for your Newsletter — where is my code?
A: Please check your email inbox and confirm your newsletter subscription. After you click the activation link, your discount code will appear.

Sizing

Q: How can I know my size?
A: Each product page includes a detailed size chart. You can measure yourself and choose your size based on your results.

Q: How do I measure myself?

For Jackets:

  • Shoulder: Measure from the edge of one shoulder across to the other.
  • Bust: Measure across the chest from one armhole to the other.
  • Sleeve: Measure from the tip of your shoulder down to the wrist.
  • Length: Measure from the top of the collar down to the bottom hem.

For Pants:

  • Waist: Measure flat across the back waistband, then double the number.
  • Rise: Measure from the crotch seam up to the top of the waistband.
  • Outseam: Measure from the waistband to the bottom of the leg.
  • Bottom: Measure across the leg opening from side to side.

Additional Notes:

  1. Our sizes tend to be slightly generous — if you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend choosing the larger size.
  2. Product colors may vary slightly depending on your screen’s resolution or brightness.
